Sometimes it’s hard to stay positive during holiday break. Maybe you’re feeling lonely, or suffocated by relatives…the holidays can be a bummer sometimes.
BUT: there’s something you can do if you know you’re prone to the holiday blues.
Create your very own mental health toolkit. Think back to past holidays and at the times you’ve felt overwhelmed or upset. Were there key signs, and once you recognized it did anything help you feel better and process those feelings?
