#WeNeedAButton Event Happening at Babeland SoHo

#WeNeedAButton and Babeland are is hosting a live event on November 15th in NYC.
Are you or one of your partners living with HIV? Thinking about new ways to get your (safer) sexy on? Well, get ready for a simply positive, juicy, and informative conversation about the ins, outs, ooos, and ahs of positive sex and sex positivity.
Featuring acclaimed sex writers and advocates Zachary Zaneand Sophie Saint Thomas, we’re gabbing on how to have safe(r) sex when you or your partners are HIV positive, from disclosure to PrEP, to safe(r) toy usage, to interacting with doctors.
Yep. Part of safer sex involves routine medical check-ups and adherence to medications. For many, especially those who are LGBTQAI+, the challenge of finding affirming, knowledgeable, and respectful medical providers can be an overwhelming obstacle.
Zane and Saint Thomas will discuss the goals, progress, and share some of the stories of the #WeNeedAButton campaign, an awareness initiative by Dating.com and DatingPositives aimed at increasing access and highlighting issues of stigma and discrimination that LGBTQAI folks face, as part of this important discussion.
Following the main discussion there will be a Q&A and an opportunity for folks to share any #UnfairCare stories they may have.
